Orders placed after the cutoff are processed on the next business day.
Our team processes orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
During public holidays and peak seasons, handling may take a little longer.
Product Origin
At Yean Store, transparency is a core value. While most products ship from our local or partner warehouses, depending on stock and availability some items may be sourced from international warehouses (including China) so we can offer a diverse range of quality products.

Delivery Timeframes
After processing, your order usually arrives within 3–12 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding any courier delays and public holidays.
Delivery Delays
If your delivery experiences a delay, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Delays can occur after your order leaves our warehouses and enters the courier network.
Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have passed and the parcel has already been shipped, we may be unable to process the cancellation.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Yean Store is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Review your order confirmation and notify us of any errors within 24 hours.
